Overview, SUKAD Knowledge and Innovation

 

The SUKAD Knowledge and Innovation (SKI) is a SUKAD Corp division, one of the SUKAD pillars. It is the core of the SUKAD identity.

This vertical includes products and services related to the SUKAD Project Management Innovation Program. The brand name for the project management innovation program results is The SUKAD Way™ for Managing Projects or the SUKAD Way for short.

There are four major parts in this section. You can access each of these parts by clicking on the corresponding circle or the hyperlink in the list below. These parts are:

1. General Information: The General Information part covers the why, what, who, and history of the SUKAD Way™.
2. The PM Framework: The Project Management Framework is the SUKAD Way Framework, which integrates the output of the SUKAD Way™ (methodologies and approaches).

The first two items are mostly internal work and not customer-facing services or products. We list them here for awareness and knowledge sharing.

3. Media and Publications: From the research and development work, we have produced the PM Framework (Part 2). Further, we have developed content for the framework, which we have been publishing via e-books series and books. We also have media related to our work. The key message here is that this part is for SUKAD developed Media and Publications. 

4. Licensing and Franchising: This is a future item, and, as it is clear from the name, these are about offering services through partners, licensees, and franchisees.
