The SUKAD Applied Project Management Approach

SUKAD believes that an integrated consulting/learning engagement will derive the best benefits for an organization. When this isn’t possible, the next best solution is the Applied Project Management approach, which allows for the immediate application of learned concepts.

We developed this unique approach so that our programs are based around the SUKAD CAMMP™ Model – Customizable and Adaptable Methodology for Managing Projects. The preferred approach is to learn concepts over a period of time while applying them immediately. We can also offer applied, project-based learning, in short, intensive classroom training, but the extended approach will be more effective in the long run, especially if combined with coaching.

Applied Project Management allows your people to apply learned concepts on a real-life project in a real-life work environment. The SUKAD model is unique compared with other training models, and therefore raises the level of the project management function.
