Advisory services are limited to personal, one-on-one engagement, typically with senior managers and executives. The engagement will consist of many short sessions, and it could be open and general, structured, or informal. Alternatively, the advisory services could be structured around understanding the project management function and what should be done in this regard or understanding the PMO and whether it is the right choice for your organization or not.
