Master Certificates, Professional Postgraduate Program
At SUKAD, Master Certification (non-academic) is offered to individuals who want more in-depth, applied learning in project management. This program can be offered in a classroom session or through our Project-Based learning format.
SUKAD offers three different Master Certificates – each consisting of about 150 hours and divided into several workshops. These Master Certificates can be undertaken over a period of one to four years.
The three Master Certificates are:
Project Management Methodology employs our CAMMP™ Model, with workshops that are ideal for small teams working on real-life projects (we recommend our PBL approach).This master certificate is also linked to the SUKAD Way training.
Project Management Functions offers workshops that are not linked directly. Topics include risk management, cost estimating, planning/scheduling, and change management.
Advanced Project Management is a Master Certificate that encompasses more advanced topics like overall program management; building an OPM system; and building a PMO.This is linked to the Advanced Project Management program.
